Ricoh takes $A1.4bn (¥124.4bn) Covid hit as recovery begins

Ricoh posted an operating loss of ¥45.4 billion for the year ended March 31, 2021, down ¥124.4bn from the previous year’s profit of ¥79bn. But the global print technology company says the recovery is underway and predicts a return to a profit of ¥50bn in the current financial year.

Wide Format event kicks off Fespa’s new FIT virtual series

FESPA is introducing FIT (FESPA Innovations and Trends), a new series of free virtual events aimed at helping printers plan for their business recovery. Bokay (from Bob & Kay, his wife), merged with Expo Group in 2019, which in turn was acquired by Jason Signs, WA's largest sign group. Fujifilm raises prices across the board, raw materials and freight blamed

FUJIFILM Corporation has announced it will increase the price of its offset printing plates, processing chemicals, PWB films and inks on a global basis. The price will be increased by up to a double-digit percentage as of May 1st, 2021 and will differ depending on the region and the product.
