HP Dscoop rescheduled to St Louis and online in May 2021

HP’s global users conference Dscoop Edge has been rescheduled to May 16 -18, 2021 in St. Louis, Missouri, and online, following the postponement of Edge Orlando 2020 that was to have taken place in March. “Due to COVID-19, we are excited to bring you the rescheduled event, Dscoop Edge Fusion,” HP said. “Edge Fusion will be a smart blend of in-person and online activities, live and livestreamed, for a global hybrid experience.”

'Disingenuous': TRMC challenges Coles' decision to stop printed catalogue deliveries

Fairview latest: all creditors paid, all jobs preserved under DOCA tabled

Fairview Architectural administrators Grant Thornton have formerly received a DOCA proposal from FVA Group - staffed by former management of Fairview Architectural, under which creditors will be paid in full and all 52 jobs preserved. At least ten other concerns are expected to tender their offers. If any one exceeds the FVA Group offer, sources indicate what is known as an 'Embarassment Clause' can be invoked, giving FVA Group the opportunity to increase its offer.

CERM buys out of Heidelberg after nine years

The current management of CERM, a global provider of Management Information System (MIS) software for the printing industry, says it has acquired “full independence” through a Management Buyout (MBO) from press giant Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg). Heidelberg and CERM will continue to develop and distribute CERM software as ‘Prinect Business Manager’ for the commercial print market.

ASGA awards & conference set for Feb 2021 in Sydney

Konica Minolta accelerates action on climate change, "striving for drastic reduction of CO2"

Konica Minolta has brought forward the target year for achieving its carbon minus goal from 2050 to 2030. “It is necessary to accelerate the process of reducing CO2 emissions from internal and external sources,” says a company statement.
