TIS Canon Award2020
Hat-trick of Canon Partner Awards for Total Image Supplies - 3 years in a row!

Tyson Buechler, General Manager of Total Image Supplies says: "Considering the year that was, we are delighted to have done so well with Canon and win the Business Partner of the Year – Large Format Print award for the third year in a row.  The team was able to focus and continue to push, finding new opportunities within the market.  Our ability to pivot in different directions was key to our success and we attribute that to being  a smaller and more agile business.  Redirecting our focus into Fine Art, Photography and Home Décor, spaces that were booming in 2020, was very beneficial.”

He adds: “We found many opportunities in the Fine Art, Photography and Home Décor space and we attribute that to our success with the Canon Large Format Printers.  Our capacity to assist customers with remote setup, installation and ongoing support during the period when we were unable to travel was a huge component to our success.  Our delivery, service and support is second to none and we pride ourselves on that."

Jumping over hurdles

“Canon Large Format printers are quite simply the best on the market.  They are top of the range, at a highly competitive price point, you will not find a more cost competitive printer out there and that is why we have partnered so strongly with Canon. The award was a collaborative team effort, however it was our Service and Support employee Jason Graham who shone, he was able to facilitate remote installations when unable to see customers face-to-face.  Again the team found a way to jump over the hurdles we faced to make things happen, finding solutions to the changing environment we were faced with.”

Looking to the future, Buechler says:  “The future of Total Image Supplies is looking bigger and brighter, with our relocation into a larger premises allowing us to house a full demo space to show existing and new customers what they can achieve with the Canon Large Format range.  Also, the addition of Peter Way to the team has been a huge advantage, offering customers to work with a colour specialist and achieve images that are nothing short of perfect.”

He concludes:  “There are so many opportunities in the market right now, particularly in the Fine Art, Photographic and Home Décor space and we will continue to break in even more with the team we have built and what we can offer."
