In a media statement, Rawson Print & Packaging, says: “For decades, both Rawson Print & Packaging and IntoPrint have built reputations for quality, reliability, and innovation. With IntoPrint now part of the Rawson family, we are excited to build on this legacy – bringing together expertise, technology, and customer-centric values to deliver even more advanced and efficient printing solutions.”

Operating on the northern beaches of Sydney since 2001, Intoprint has steadily grown from being a small A2 printer to a medium sized A1 commercial printer. Current IntoPrint directors, Grant Regan and Tony Perini, are expected to continue to lead the business as part of the acquisition agreement, with the majority of IntoPrint’s existing staff also expected to remain in their current roles.

Lachlan Finch, director at Rawson Print & Packaging, says: “This is about being able to offer an expanded service offering.

Finch also mentioned that all IntoPrint employees were offered employment with Rawson and almost all of them have accepted positions. A change in location was the main reason a couple did not come across. It builds on our strategy of meeting and exceeding our customers’ needs by enhancing our capabilities and output through our ISO quality assured operation in Macquarie Park, operating 24 hours a day, six days a week.”
